Gwendoline 'Gwen' passed away peacefully on Friday, 7th November, aged 95 years.
Loving wife of Stephen (deceased), mum of Jonathan and Julian, grandma to Thomas, Daniel and Catherine, great-grandma to Elsie and Billy.
Gwen's funeral service will take place at St Faiths Crematorium on Friday, 21st November at 3.30 p.m.
Donations in lieu of flowers for Cancer Research UK may be sent direct to the charity.
