David, passed away in South Tyneside Hospital on Sunday 7th December, aged 75 years, loving husband to the late Susan, loving Dad to Paul and the late Diane cherished father in law, Grandad, Great Grandad. Dear Brother, Brother in law and Uncle. David will be sadly missed by all.
