It is with great sadness Anthony (Tony) Joseph Hogan has passed away at Westbourne Tower Care Home with his Wife Monica by his side on Wednesday 8th January 2025.
Anthony will be dearly missed by his Wife Monica and all that loved and knew him.
The funeral will be held on Tuesday 28th January 2025 at 2:00pm at Poole Crematorium.
Monica has asked for you to wear a bright colour at the service. Flowers are welcome. If you wish to donate in memory of Anthony please follow the below link to Dementia Uk.
You are invited to join Monica to have afternoon tea at Westbourne Tower Care Home after the service.
