Ben passed away at home on 8th May 2025 aged 39 years.
He will be greatly missed by all his loving family and friends.
Funeral service will be held on Friday 13th June 2025 in the Waterside Chapel, Westerleigh Crematorium at 1:15pm.
Family flowers only please. Donations in memory of Ben may be given on the day.
Ben's family request those attending wear colourful clothing.
