Grace sadly passed away peacefully on Sunday 8th June 2025 and will be greatly missed by family, friends and all who knew her. If you are able to join the family in celebrating her life, the details are below.
In lieu of flowers, donations would be warmly received by Rotherfield Saint Martin (RSM) a charity close to Grace and the family.
