From our first meeting with Len and Eliza we were impressed with the professionalism and the care and understanding given at such a difficult time. Eliza responded to all of our questions and requests promptly and Len was a very calming influence at our meeting and on the phone. On the day of the service Michael could not do enough for us and was fantastic. The whole team at Paul Bysouth were just perfect and we would not hesitate in recommending them and using them again in future.

Support and care from Paul Bysouth themselves was exemplary. However we had difficulty getting hold of them out of hours and the crematorium made some thoughtless errors.

We have nothing but praise for this company and the people who work there. We were kept informed and updated at every step. We never once felt rushed when discussing details of the funeral or when we went for a viewing. They didn't try to upsell any products, we were given options and did not feel under pressure to spend more than our budget. They all do an amazing job under difficult and sad circumstances.
