It is with great sadness that we announce that Mairwen passed away peacefully at The University Hospital Of Wales on Tuesday 8th October 2024. aged 91 years.
Beloved wife of the late James Glanville Davies, adored and much loved mother of Zena, Marcia and David, mother-in-law to Andy, cherished Mamgu to Gemma (and Bevan), Neil, Owen, Ceri (and David) Gethin (and Emma) and Rhys and beloved Mamgu Fawr to Poppy, Jasper, Sophia, Lottie and Willow.
Mairwen, a very special Lady, will be greatly missed by all her family and friends.
Forever in our hearts and thoughts. Rest in peace.
Resting at D J Evans Forse Funeral Home until the service on Monday 4th November, in the Briwnant Chapel, Thornhill Crematorium at 3.00pm.
Family flowers only. Donations if desired in memory of Mairwen direct to The British Heart Foundation or via the donation box that will be available on the day.
