Reviews of our services
It was a difficult task to arrange a funeral, register a death and see to all the necessary arrangements while enduring Covid ruling, lockdown in England and in Wales.
I cannot emphasise enough how efficient this company was. Handling everything for me & guiding me through with compassion, sympathy and care.
The funeral was only attended by 6 of us at Thornhill Crematorium. It was all done very well indeed. I highly recommend these Funeral Directors.
From my first contact, they clearly outlined the whole process in a professional, compassionate and appropriately friendly manner.
Information booklets were provided to take away from the initial meeting and impartial advice and ideas were provided as required so that we, as a family, could personalise the funeral to reflect Dad’s character.
I was impressed by the communication between the whole team and the effective, timely liaison with other parties on our behalf, for example florists, printers and the vicar. The floral displays and orders of service were lovely as was the Reverend Gareth Evans.
The day of the funeral went smoothly and as planned.
I have found communication with Lee, Tracey and the team before and after the funeral very easy via the phone or e mail, I live outside of Wales, and they have provided the necessary support at each stage of the process.
Would highly recommend.
