Hazel passed away in Queen Alexandra Hospital on 8th December 2024, aged 79 years after a short illness
Hazel is missed so much by her loving family, friends old and new and all who knew her.

Following the Service, Friends and Guests are invited to a reception at Hollybank House, Hollybank Lane, Emsworth PO107UN; a short distance form the Oaks Crematorium.
