Laura and michelle were so lovely wen we arranged mums funeral on 7th of september ,showed compassion and understanding ,gave mum the beautiful send off she deserved and the celebrante verity was lovely and the celebration of mums life was very touching xx i would highly recommend xx and i was also given a beautiful bouquet of flowers and a stunning photo of mum which ill hold close to my heart and a memorial box ❤️very caring and compassionate xx thankyou so much x

Throughout the whole process, the whole team at AG Stapleford were brilliant.

My father made his own funeral plans and chose what he wanted. AG Stapleford were respectful in granting everything he wished.

I was very overwhelmed and emotional when I attended on my initial appointment to make arrangements for my late father, but Laura was so nice, professional and respectful in everything she done. It put me at ease straight away. A special mention to Michelle aswell who was very polite and helpful on the phone. When I returned to collect my Fathers ashes they were presented so respectfully, it was lovely. Thank you

What has been one of the hardest and most heartbreaking times for our family was made that little bit easier because of the incredible support we received from everyone there. Somehow, even amongst all the sadness, they helped us find moments of joy over the past six weeks.

From the evening our Dad was taken into their care, they were absolutely phenomenal. Chris and the whole team helped us with every aspect of the funeral, taking so much of the stress and worry off our shoulders. They genuinely felt like part of our family during such an incredibly difficult time.

I sent countless emails and had endless questions, often asking Chris “Is that the normal thing to do?” and not once did I ever feel silly or like I was asking too much. Every question was answered, every request was listened to and nothing ever felt like a problem. Their patience, understanding and kindness meant more to us than I can put into words.

I would wholeheartedly recommend these lovely people to any of my family and friends. They truly made everything that little bit easier while taking such wonderful care of our Dad and supporting us through the hardest of times.

Even today, just over two weeks since Dad’s funeral, I received a lovely call from the lady at the Havant branch. She was so kind and thoughtful, and it honestly brought home to me that it really is these little touches that have meant the most.
