Wendy passed peacefully in Beechwood Nursing Home on the 9th January 2025 aged 82 years young. To us all she was the best Mum, Auntie, Grandma, Great-Grandma and Friend in the world who will always hold a special place in our hearts. We would love for you all to Join us and celebrate how truly amazing she was at everything she did in life and send her off with as much love as she gave us all. Wendy loved all things colourful and would have loved it if everyone would wear something bright and beautiful just like her. We would also like everyone to join us at the Roscoe's Bar and Function Rooms after where we can all truly celebrate Wendy's life with what she would have really loved and that's everyone sharing stories, eating, drinking and most of all laughing. 





For those who wish to follow Wendy on her final journey, the funeral procession leaves The Clocktower, Esplanade Crescent, YO11 2XB at 10.30am, travelling via North Marine Drive.
