It is with great sadness to announce that Andrew passed away at home on Friday 9th February, aged 63 years.
Andrew's family would like to thank everyone for their kind messages and support at this difficult time.
It is the family's wish that mourners wear whatever they feel comfortable in, as a celebration of Andrew's life.
