Reviews of our services
Stephen godhard julies husband.
The care, attention, and detail were perfect and the funeral service exceeded our expectations.
Thank you everyone.
Nothing was too much trouble, and their kindness, understanding and attention to detail was outstanding. Everything was perfect, just what our Mum deserved.
I don't know how they managed to do it, but they made a devastating time for our family bearable. I had expected the whole process of arranging such a sad event to be incredibly distressing, but somehow, it became a consoling experience. For this I am eternally grateful and cannot thank them enough.
I would not hesitate to recommend Porters Funeral Directors to anyone who finds themselves in the same heart-breaking situation as ourselves. And I am sure, like our family, they will find some solace whilst arranging this important event for their very special person.
Nothing was pushed on us yet everything was explained in as much detail as needed. Obviuosly an emotional time and one in which our heads werent in the right place for thinking logically but with guidance all the details were put in place knowing that they were only a phone call away if we were unsure or needed to change anything.
Communication was extremely good and nothing too much trouble.
A very sad occaision made into a lovely service with options we hadnt even thought of.
As a family we felt as if we were cared for as much as the deceased.
A fabulous company handled with the upmost respect.
