Brenda, Mum, passed away peacefully, in her sleep, in the early hours of the morning on 9th March 2025.
She had suffered a short illness and a stay in hospital, but had returned to Temple Grove, her home for the last six years,
surrounded by people she loved and who loved her back and cared for her. Paul and Michelle had visited twice on her last day,
taking Tink (her favourite of our dogs) along on the second visit. A paw and a cold, wet nose were shared and rewarded with a smile.
Mum was tiring so we left and promised to come again the next morning; she drifted off to sleep and never woke again
(which is what she often said she wished for).
After the service we will meet for some light refreshments and to share our memories of Brenda at our local pub in Rotherfield.
Directions will be provided at the service. If you would like and are able to attend, please let Paul know so that we can
ensure we cater for enough friends and family.

If you are attending, don't worry about wearing all black, we are all likely to sport a dash of colour to celebrate mum's life.
If you can't attend, but would like to see the funeral, please let Paul know, as there will be a live stream and recording.
