Pat passed away peacefully on Monday, 9th March, aged 87 years.
Devoted and loving wife of Gary, beloved mum of Jackie and Debra, loving nanny and great-nanny.
She will always be in our hearts and thoughts.
The funeral service will take place at St Faiths Crematorium on Thursday, 2nd April at 3 p.m.
Family flowers only please but donations, if desired, for Cancer Research UK and The Stroke Association may be made at the service or online.
