It is with deep sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Ken, who left us on 9th June 2024, aged 75. He was a loving husband, father of four, grandfather of eight, and friend to many.
A gentleman with a great sense of humour, Ken had a lifelong nursing career in Nottingham and was proud to serve his country in 212 Field Hospital. He had many interests, from folk music to historical wargaming. First among these passions was his love of trains, both big and small. He spent countless hours indulging in this beloved hobby, sharing his enthusiasm with family and friends.
Ken leaves behind many cherished memories and will be deeply missed by all.
