Joan sadly passed away in hospital on Tuesday, 9th July, aged 92 years.
Reunited with her loving husband Leslie and treasured sister Dottie.
She will be sadly missed by all her family and friends.
The funeral service will take place at St Faiths Crematorium on Monday, 5th August at 10.30 a.m.
Flowers welcome by 9 a.m. please, or donations if desired for Alzheimers UK may be made online or at the service.
