Peacefully passed away at University Hospital Wales on 9th September 2025, aged 89 years.
Devoted wife to the late John Wesley Hopkins.
Loving Mother of Paul and Anne-Marie, and Mother-In-Law of Angela and Bill.
Beloved Grandmother and Great Grandmother.
Patricia will be remembered with love by the rest of her family and friends
Currently resting at D J Evans Forse, Whitchurch Funeral Home, Brook Road, Whitchurch Common CF14 1DU until the funeral service which is to be held on Wednesday 8th October 2025 at 12:30pm in St Mary's CHurch, Whitchurch, followed by Wenallt Chapel, Thornhill Crematorium at 1:30pm.
No flowers please, donations in lieu of flowers can be made to Marie Curie.
All are welcome to wear something yellow and/or a daffodil pin.
