We are greatly saddened to announce that Ray Phillips died at Millfield Nursing Home on 9th December 2023, aged 90 years.
A much loved husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather, he will be deeply missed by his family and all who knew him.
Ray's family would like to thank you for your kindness at this difficult time.
