It is with deepest sorrow that we announce the passing of our beloved Leo Roland Cachia,
who tragically left us on Sunday, 10th August 2025, aged just 19 years.
Leo was a gentle soul with a heart of pure gold. Quiet and reserved, yet deeply thoughtful,
he touched the lives of everyone who had the privilege of knowing him. His kindness,
compassion, and unwavering loyalty to his family and friends will be remembered always.
A lover of computers and technology, Leo's curiosity and passion for learning were endless.
He had a deep appreciation for the sounds of the 60s and 70s rock 'n' roll, often filling any
room he could with the warm, vibrant notes of his electric guitar. He loved animals dearly
and carried a soft nature that brought comfort to those around him.
Leo's friends held a special place in his heart, and the bonds he
formed with them were cherished beyond measure.
He was the treasured and deeply loved son of Laura and Robert, both utterly heartbroken by his loss.
The cherished brother of Lacey-Rose, and half brother of Jaxon, Katherine and Kane.
Beloved grandson of Tony and Julia Cachia, with whom he shared a very special bond and he loved immensely,
and of Dave and Rose Steel. A dear nephew to Anthony, who was a true inspiration to him,
and to Jason, Samantha and Martin. He was also a fond cousin to Kyle, Kaitlyn, and Issac, with whom
he had shared treasured moments with.
Leo's light will continue to shine in the hearts of all who knew him, and though he has gone far to soon,
the love he gave and the memories he created will never fade.
Rest peacefully, Leo-you will be forever loved and never forgotten.
In honour of Leo, we kindly ask that those attending his celebration of life come dressed
in a way that feels both comfortable and respectful.
Leo's favourite colours were green and pink, so if you are able, please include a touch of these
in what you wear, as a simple way of remembering and celebrating him.
Family flowers only please, donations, if desired can be made to 2wish by using the link
