Katharine sadly passed away at Wycombe Hospital on Monday 10th November, aged 72 years.
She will be dearly missed by her Husband, David, Son's Andrew, Steven and Peter, Sister's Helen and Margaret and her Brother John, and their families.
No flowers please, but the family welcome donations to The Hospice of St Francis which can be made by clicking on the Make a Donation button provided.
Feel free to wear cheerful colours, or black, as you feel comfortable.
