Mum passed away peacefully ay home on Sunday 11th May surrounded by her family.
The funeral will take place on Wednesday 4th June at Huddersfield Crematorium at 12.30pm.
Followed by a celebration of life at Rastrick Cricket & Athletic Club.
Mum loved her garden and flowers so we would like everyone to wear floral or bright colours.
All donations shall go to the Marie Curie end of life charity in recognition of their care and support during mum's final days.
