Patricia sadly passed away on Sunday 11th May at Watford General Hospital, aged 90.
She will be dearly missed by her daughter Leslie, and Leslie's partner, Mark.
The family have requested no flowers please. However, if desired, donations can be made in Patricia's memory to Cancer Research UK, using the link provided.
