Peacefully in Barnes Court Nursing Home, on 11th May. Sylvia ( nee Chapman ) aged 91 years, dearly loved wife of the late John. A much loved Mam of Michael and wife Lesley, devoted Grandma of Rachel and Steven, a dear Sister of the late Jim and Delma. Also a dear Sister-in-law and Auntie. Would friends please meet for service at Sunderland Crematorium on Friday 30th May, at 2.30pm. Family flowers only please, donations in lieu if so desired to Dementia UK.
