It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Gloria Hamed, who passed away at Danesbrook House Care Home on the 11th June 2025, aged 89 years. Beloved wife of the late George; loving Mum of Janice and the late Brian; Mother in law to Lenny, cherished Nan to Janine, Michael, Nicola, Claire, Gemma, Joanne and Rebecca and a wonderful Great Nanna Gloria to all her 24 great-grandchildren. Resting at D J Evans Forse Funeral Directors, Whitchurch, until her funeral service on Thursday, 10th July at St Dyfrig and St Samson Church, Grangetown, at 2.15pm, followed by interment at Western Cemetery at 3.30pm. Family flowers only, donations, if so desired, can be made to the Alzheimer's Society.
