Audrey Helen Barr
17th February, 1935 - 12th May, 2026
Audrey was a deeply loved mother, devoted grandmother, and a treasured friend to many. She will be remembered for her larger than life personality, kindness, creativity, and the love and care she showed to everyone around her. Her passing leaves a great emptiness in the hearts of her family, friends, and all those within the wider community who were fortunate enough to know her.
Audrey brought comfort, laughter, and strength to so many throughout her life, and the memories she created with those she loved will be cherished forever. Though the loss is surely profound, there is comfort in knowing that she is now reunited with her beloved husband, Archie, after more than fifty wonderful years of marriage together.
She will be dearly missed and forever remembered with love and affection.
Audrey's funeral service will take place at 13:20 on June 5th, at Chester Crematorium. All are welcome to attend to say goodbye.
Following the service, you are warmly invited to join the family at Neston Cricket Club, to share your favourite stories and memories of Audrey.
In lieu of flowers, donations would be gratefully received by the Cystic Fibrosis Trust in Audrey's honour, by following the link above.
