I can hardly explain how grateful I am to J. C. Clarke, and in particular to Kylie, for their care during the very difficult time arranging a funeral for our very dear friend who was taken from us far too soon. From the moment Kylie took us into her care there was nothing that was too much trouble and she answered all our questions and addressed every concern, many even before we’d asked them in our own heads. She was ahead of us and beside us every step of the way. Liz’s funeral was exactly as we had wanted, down to the smallest and most personal detail, and Kylie added a small but precious detail of her own which we will carry with us forever. Kylie you are the most wonderful, warm and deeply caring person, a huge credit to yourself and a huge asset to J. C. Clarke…and you are exactly where you are meant to be. Thank you for getting us through. And thank you especially from me for never letting anything be too much trouble, for looking after me, and for caring.
