Mary Mackintosh (née Maclean) passed away peacefully at home, with her family by her side, on Tuesday, 12th May, aged 99 years. Originally from Scalpay, Harris and formerly a nursing assistant at Craig Dunain Hospital. Beloved wife of the late William, dearly loved mother of Seonaid, cherished grandmother of Stephen and Emma, much loved grandmother-in-law to Kwang and Innes, and proud “Big Nannie” to Grace and Lochie.
Funeral service to be held at Kingsview Christian Centre on Thursday, 21st May at 11.00am, followed by interment at Hillhead Cemetery, Logierait on Wednesday, 27th May at 12 noon. All are invited to attend. She will be sorely missed.
Donations, if desired, may be given to NHS Highland Endowment Funds either via the donation link above, or at the church door.
