Trevor sadly passed away at Oakwood House Care Home on Friday, 12th July, aged 73 years.
Beloved husband of Susan (deceased), adored and loving father of David and Simon and an adored grandad
He will be sadly missed by all his family and friends.
The funeral service will take place at St Faiths Crematorium on Monday, 29th July at 3.30 p.m.
