Derek passed away on Thursday 12th September 2024 at Southmead Hospital aged 80 years.
He will be greatly missed by all his loving family and friends.
Funeral service will be held on Tuesday 15th October 2024 in the Woodland Chapel, Westerleigh Crematorium at 10:45am.
Family flowers only please. Donations in memory of Derek for the British Liver Trust and Crohns & Colitis UK may be given on the day. Thank you.
