Pat passed away peacefully at South Tyneside Hospital on 13th November surrounded by family aged 95 years.
Beloved wife of the late Dal Sutherland and beloved Mother, Grandmother, Great Grandmother, Sister, Auntie and Friend.
Would family & friends please meet at All Saints Church, Cleadon Village on Thursday 12th December at 1.45pm, followed by
a burial at Harton Cemetery.
Afterwards at the Brittania, Cleadon.
Donations in lieu of flowers if wished to Alzheimers Society
