Anita Maria Perks sadly passed away at Southmead Hospital on 14th March 2025, aged 57.
She will be sadly missed and remembered always by her son Daniel, all of her family and friends, and everyone who knew her.
The funeral service will be held on Wednesday 16th April 2025, 3:15p.m. at Westerleigh Crematorium in the Waterside Chapel.
Following the service you are all warmly invited to join the family for light refreshments and to share your own personal memories of Anita at Almondsbury Creative, 10 Gloucester Road, Almondsbury, Bristol BS32 4AA.
