Sadly passed away at University Hospital Wales on 14th June 2024, aged 86 years.
Loving Dad to Paul, David, Sonia, Peter and Andrew, and the late Steven and Clive.
Much loved Brother to Albert and Kenny, and the late Peggy.
Beloved Bampy and Gramps to all his Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren.
Graham will be forever loved and cherished by all who knew and loved him.
Currently resting at D Caesar Jones Funeral Directors, 55 Pantbach Road, Rhiwbina CF14 1TW until the funeral service which is to be held on Monday 15th July 2024 at St Margaret's Church, Roath at 2:30pm followed by burial at Western Cemetery at 3:30pm.
Family flowers only please.
