Jennifer sadly passed away at home on 15th January.
She will be greatly missed by her family, friends and all that knew her.
Donations in lieu of flowers, if desired, to St Michael's Hospice.
However, if you would like to, we invite you to place a single flower on the coffin, as you leave the service.
In honour of Jenny's love of bright colours, please feel free to wear bright colours or incorporate something bright into your outfit.
