Reviews of our services
My husband died at home just before Christmas. All the staff I met from Alexander and Dry were respectful and supportive from that day up right through to the day of the funeral. Guidance and suggestions were gently offered and at no time did I feel rushed to make decisions. We wanted a non-religious service to celebrate his life. Our Celebrant Marie spent a long time with the family and clearly understood exactly our requirements. It could not have been a better choice. On the day, Andrew directed proceedings quietly and efficiently, taking care that all our wishes were carried through. The whole team made this experience so much easier to bear and I am truly grateful for their support.
From start to finish I was treated with the greatest respect from all the staff I had contact with, special thanks to Alison a lovely kind lady, very professional but approachable.
We were kept informed at all stages of the procedure e.g. I was supposed to go in and pick up the invoice. Their computer has stopped working and to save me a fruitless visit, the telephone me and then phoned again a few days later when they were up and running again.
I have nothing but praise and thanks to all the staff for their help and compassion at that sad time
Many thanks. Julie
We have not had any issues with them and do highly recommend them as they will go the extra mile to make sure every thing goes smoothly and to do what the family wants.
All the staff are very good and as i said do all that they can to make sure all goes well.
