It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of
Alan John Jones,
who passed away on 15th March 2026, aged 81 years.
Beloved family member and friend to many.
Alan was born on 16th April 1944 and will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
The funeral service will take place on Monday 13th April 2026 at 2:30pm at Sirhowy Valley Crematorium, followed by a wake at Bargoed Rugby Club.
Members of Bargoed RFC committee, players, and supporters are respectfully invited to attend wearing club blazers and/or ties in honour of Alan.
Family flowers only, please.
Donations in lieu of flowers may be made to the Alzheimer’s Society.
