Anne sadly passed away at The Liberham Lodge Care Home in Surrey, on Monday 15th June, aged 91 years.
She will be dearly missed by her daughter Barbara, son Ian, and their families.
The family have requested NO FLOWERS please. However, if desired, donations can be made in Anne's memory to The Hospice of St Francis, by clicking on the Make a Donation button provided.
