Mrs Shirley Ann Sagar of Bradford, sadly passed away at Bradford Royal Infirmary on Sunday 15th September 2024, aged 91 years.
Shirley was born and raised in Bradford and had lived at her last address on Dawson Lane for over 65 years where she made many happy memories with her late husband Ronnie and son Craig.
She had many jobs over the years including weaver, school dinner lady and cleaning.
Shirley also loved cooking and the whole family looked forward to one of her buns or pies.
She will be sadly missed by many including Craig & Jo her son and daughter-in law. Her sister Mavis, Her grandchildren Matthew, Amber and Poppy and her great grandchildren Charlotte, Edward and Ruby. Shirley was also a dear friend to many and will sadly be missed by all.
Shirley's funeral service will take place on Thursday 3rd October at Parkwood Crematorium, Elland at 3:00pm.
Family flowers only please, Donations in the memory of Shirley would be much appreciated, with all monies going to Cancer Research UK. A Donations box will be left at the back of the Chapel on the day of the service for this purpose.
