Susan Diane Havelock Pearson, known fondly as Sue, passed away on the 15th of October, 2024, aged 78, at her home in Sovereign Harbour, Eastbourne. Born on the 29th of October, 1945, Sue grew up in Epsom.
Sue is survived by her beloved children: Bill Orme, Ted Orme, Richard Pearson, James Pearson, and Kate Orton. She was preceded in death by her parents, Kennith and Irene (Mitzy) Knights.
Sue's life was defined by her love for her children, and in her early years had a passion for horse riding and painting. She had a brilliant mind, was known for her fun and adventurous spirit, and had a deep passion for music.
A service to honor Sue's life will be held on Friday, the 8th of November, 2024, at 15:00 at Eastbourne Crematorium. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made to the RNLI, a cause Sue held dear.
The family would like to extend their heartfelt thanks to everyone who has offered their support and condolences during this difficult time.
