It is with great sadness we announce that Scott sadly passed away suddenly but peacefully at UHW on 15th October 2025, aged 56 years.
Beloved husband of the Jon, Much loved father to Daniel & Zak, cherished brother to Jamie and brother-in law Beccy and treasured uncle to Eva, Violet and Fraser. Scott will be greatly missed by all his family and friends. Forever in our hearts and thoughts.
Resting at D Caesar Jones Funeral Home until the service on Monday 10th November 2025, in The Wenallt Chapel, Thornhill Crematorium at 1.30pm. Family flowers only.
Donations in lieu if desired in memory of Scott to City Hospice via the donation box that will be available on the day.
