It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our wonderful Mum, Beryl Ann Mead, known to all her family and friends as Ann. Ann passed away on on the 16th March at Dyffryn Ffrwd Manor Care Home, aged 92 years. Beloved wife of the late Brian, much loved Mum of Danny, Helen and Jaci and beloved Grandmother and Great Grandmother.
Ann will be forever missed by all who knew and loved her.
Resting at D Caesar Jones Funeral Directors, 55 Pantbach Road, Rhiwbina, until her funeral service on Wednesday 22nd April at St Teilo's Roman Catholic Church at 11.30, followed by an interment at Pantmawr Cemetery at 12.30pm.
Ann will be received into Church on Tuesday, 21st April at 4pm, where she will rest overnight.
Flowers are welcome, however, should you wish to make a donation in memory of Ann, this can be made to Dementia UK.
