Steph Summerfield passed away peacefully on the 16th of July 2024, aged 60 years, with her husband, Clive, and children, Abigail and Connor, at her side. Her family would like you to join them in the celebration of her life and share the memories she left us all with.
Steph also insisted that no one should wear black, so bright and cheery colours are the dress code.
