Patricia, known as Pat/Tricia, formerly Clark, passed away peacefully on Monday, 16th December, aged 85 years.
Reunited with loving husband and son Simon.
Loving mum of Alison, Nicola and Joanne, step-mum of Mark and Steven, and an adored grandma and great-grandma.

The funeral service will take place at St Mary the Virgin Church, Diss on Wednesday, 15th January at 11 a.m.
Please wear or carry something pink.
Family flowers only please, but donations, if desired, for Marie Curie may be made at the church or online.
