If you would like to make a donation in memory of Jack, there will be the opportunity to do this on the day of the funeral, or by contacting Ely Funeral Services, for Fair Haven Care Home, who cared for Jack with such warmth and kindness in his final two years.
Following the service, everyone is warmly invited to the Three Kings at Hengrave Rd, Fornham All Saints, Bury Saint Edmunds, IP28 6LA for refreshments and to remember Jack.
