You don't have to make an appointment at our funeral homes. However, doing so will ensure that someone can be available to cater to your needs. When arranging a funeral, our Funeral Directors are happy to visit you in your own home, if required.
Third party funeral costs are additional charges which we will manage for you and attach to your single invoice. Get in touch with us to confirm costs and plan a funeral to fit your budget.
If you choose to arrange the funeral with us, you will be given the option of a complimentary Funeral Notice. We will set it up for you using the details discussed during the arrangements. All we need is an email address.
Dignity Funeral Plans let you pay for your funeral in advance and at today's price. It's a way of taking control of the unexpected, setting out the arrangements and limiting the costs by paying for the services included in the funeral plan upfront.
Reviews of our services
From start to finish we was helped with every aspect of the funeral and guided where there was any difficulty on our part.
All the members of staff who were involved in our funeral provided an excellent service.
Thank you in a difficult time.
Someone was always their to deal with our questions and grief.
Thankyou Robert ,Nicole the celebrant, Margaret and Julie xx
The staff were very helpful and inventive and I would recommend dignity funeral services
Paperwork was dropped off to us at home(with our permission)as well as posted. We were kept informed at every stage without it being over done.
On the day R. & our drivers were excellent keeping our party together and ensuring mum's final journey was smooth & effortless. The family were escorted quietly into our limousine which was spotless. The driver ensured we were comfortable before moving off. The pall bearers slid in and out of the proceedings almost without us seeing them and carried mum so carefully and were quietly efficient & respectful at all times.
The whole process was very fitting with respect given to mum and us her family, and we even have a keepsake book which we found out about afterwards with messages from our family & friends with some pictures too. A small but thoughtful touch.
When calling the office our calls were dealt with in a professional way and our queries answered, if R. was not available we were told a time when he would call us and he always did. Everything was done without fuss and clearly explained.
I can highly recommend R. & Ely Funeral Directors, Tower Road, - They did our mum proud - Thank You for making a difficult day very special
They made a very emotional and heartbreaking situation bearable by their kind words and care and I can’t thank them enough.
Due to the staff’s careful attention to every detail on the day of the our mother’s funeral to ensure our personal wishes were carried out, we were all able to say our last goodbye to mum in our own special way. This made the sadness feel like a positive experience and a fitting tribute to our ‘dear mum’.
We would certainly recommend their services to anyone during the difficult time of losing a loved one.
