It is with deep sadness to announce that Charles passed away at Northampton General Hospital on Sunday 17th May, aged 84 years. Charles will be greatly missed by his loving family, friends and all who knew him. Donations in lieu of flowers, if desired, may be kindly made to The Down Syndrome Group Northamptonshire (DSGN).
