Melvyn passed away at Southmead Hospital on Tuesday 17th September 2024 aged 65 years.
He will be greatly missed by all his loving family and friends.
Funeral service will be held on Friday 25th October in the Woodland Chapel, Westerleigh Crematorium at 3:15pm.
The Coffin will have a floral spray, only.
Flowers only to be placed externally at the Crematorium.
No flowers to be placed on or near the Coffin in the Chapel.
Donations in memory of Melvyn may be given on the day.
