Passed away peacefully on 18th July 2026, Bernard Jack, aged 95 years of Newquay.
Beloved husband to Jean, much loved dad to Kelvin and wife Tracey, Julie and partner Trevor and Trudi and partner David, adored grandad to Murray and wife Gill, Lorna, Rachel, James and wife Katie, Anneka (Annie), Jasmine and husband Dan and Chesney and wife Elle and great-grandad to Sophie, Ellie, Marley, Isaac, Flynn, Keigan, Ethan, Darcy, Ethan M, Harrison M, Noah, Charlie, Daisie, Harrison and Brodie.
Bernard will be greatly missed and lovingly remembered by his family and friends.
Funeral service to be held at Glynn Valley Crematorium, Bodmin on Friday 7th August 2026 at 10:30am.
Family flowers only. Donations, if desired to be split between British Heart Foundation and Dementia UK, can be made online via the Funeral Directors website or by retiring collection at the service.
