Jan was a beloved wife, mother and grandmother, and a cherished member of the community.
Jan passed away peacefully at York District Hospital surrounded by family following a long battle with ill health.
She will be sadly missed by husband Russ, children Nick, Jo, Rae and Neil, her many grandchildren and the wider family.
