Lyn passed peacefully at Heron Lodge Care Home on 19th September aged, 77years.
Beloved wife to Paul. Much loved mother to Simon and Sonia, Nanny to Callum, Amber and Alex
She will be so dearly missed.
The funeral service will be held at St Faiths Crematorium on Monday 21st October at 1.30pm.
Family flowers only.
